Why we do it this way
A small business, run like one
We started with one condo and a spare set of keys, and learned the hard way that the difference between a stay someone remembers and one they complain about is almost never the furniture. It is whether the aircon was serviced. Whether the last guest's hair was still in the drain. Whether anyone answered at nine on a Sunday night. So we built the business around those things instead. Every turnover runs to a checklist with photographs attached. Nothing is offered to a guest until the clean and the inspection are both signed off. When something breaks, it becomes a ticket with a name against it, not a note in a group chat. We are small on purpose. You will deal with people who have stood in the room you booked, and who will still be here the next time you come.

A unit cannot be marked ready while any cleaning or inspection is still open.
Turnovers are photographed
The cleaner cannot tick an item without the photo it asks for.

Every booking shows a full breakdown before you pay. No fee appears later.
Your codes are yours
Door codes and wifi are released to you at check-in and never leave our system.
You get a name
Every stay has someone responsible for it who you can reach directly.
